How do we operate?

We act as consultants to two larger conveyancing firms. This gives us access to a larger number of lender panels and as such we should be able to act for you even when there are more niche lenders involved.

Our Team

We are a family run business. Whilst the face of Brown & Mann Consultancy is Charlotte, other family members contribute towards the everyday running on the business. This includes such matters as Administrative and IT support.

Why did we set up this way?

Charlotte wanted to focus on quality of service over quantity of services supplied which seemed to be the focus of larger conveyancing firms. There is no factory conveyancing here!

We are a family run business who have opted to move away from traditional conveyancing firms in order to provide a bespoke conveyancing service to our clients, headed up by our Licenced Conveyancer Charlotte Brown.
